These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KashFlash platform, including the website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by ADVALOR LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales (“KashFlash”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, or by clicking to accept these Terms where this option is made available, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (if higher), to use the Platform.
1.2 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
you meet the eligibility requirements;
you are using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes;
your participation in reward activities is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Nature of the Platform
2.1 KashFlash is a rewarded engagement platform that allows users to earn virtual reward units (“Points”) by completing certain activities, such as interacting with third-party offers, surveys, or applications.
2.2 Points are not money.
Points:
are not legal tender;
are not electronic money, stored value, or a financial instrument;
do not constitute funds or a payment account;
do not create a contractual right to payment.
2.3 Points are provided as part of a promotional reward system and have no cash value outside the Platform.
2.4 KashFlash is not a bank, wallet provider, payment institution, or money services business.
3. Points and Displayed Values
3.1 Users accumulate Points based on activities tracked and validated by KashFlash and its partners.
3.2 The Platform may display an estimated monetary value of Points in one or more currencies for informational purposes only.
3.3 Any displayed value:
is indicative only;
does not represent an actual balance;
does not form part of a contractual entitlement;
may change at any time.
3.4 KashFlash does not maintain user balances in any currency.
3.5 The final value of any redemption, if applicable, is determined only at the time of successful redemption, subject to verification and third-party conditions.
4. Earning Points
4.1 Points are awarded only after KashFlash receives confirmation from relevant third-party partners that an activity has been completed in accordance with their requirements.
4.2 Completion of an activity does not guarantee the award of Points if:
third-party conditions are not met;
tracking fails;
activity is rejected by the partner.
4.3 KashFlash does not control third-party offer availability, eligibility criteria, or approval decisions.
4.4 KashFlash reserves the right to adjust, delay, reverse, or cancel Points in cases of error, fraud, abuse, or suspected misuse.
5. Redemption of Points
5.1 Points may be redeemed only through third-party reward providers made available on the Platform.
5.2 KashFlash does not issue payments directly.
All redemptions are fulfilled by independent third parties acting as principals.
5.3 Redemption may be subject to:
minimum thresholds;
availability;
delays;
verification checks;
additional terms imposed by third-party providers.
5.4 Redemption options and availability may change over time and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
5.5 KashFlash is not responsible for:
third-party provider failures or delays;
rejected redemptions;
fees, exchange rates, or restrictions applied by third parties.
5.6 Points that are not successfully redeemed have no value and create no entitlement to compensation.
6. VIP Status and Feature Access
6.1 KashFlash may offer enhanced features (“VIP Status”), including additional payout methods, currency displays, or benefits.
6.2 VIP Status:
is granted at KashFlash’s discretion;
is not a loyalty scheme;
does not create an expectation of ongoing or future benefits;
may be modified, restricted, or revoked at any time.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
create or use multiple accounts;
provide false or misleading information;
use VPNs, proxies, emulators, automation, or scripts;
exploit reward, pricing, or conversion discrepancies;
manipulate tracking or attribution systems;
engage in fraud, abuse, or arbitrage;
interfere with Platform security or integrity.
8. Fraud, Abuse, and Enforcement
8.1 KashFlash uses automated and manual systems to detect fraud and abuse.
8.2 Where fraud or abuse is suspected, KashFlash may suspend or terminate accounts, delay or withhold redemptions, or forfeit Points.
8.3 Such measures are taken in good faith and in a manner proportionate to protecting the integrity of the Platform and its users.
8.4 KashFlash reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust, reverse, remove, or forfeit Points at any time, including after Points have been awarded, where:
• a third-party advertiser, offer provider, or partner reverses, rejects, disputes, or fails to approve an activity;
• KashFlash does not receive payment or confirmation from a third party;
• Points were awarded in error, through misuse, or due to technical or tracking issues; or
• the activity is determined to violate these Terms.
Points obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms may be removed without notice, and the associated account may be suspended or permanently banned.
KashFlash’s determination regarding Points, reversals, and enforcement actions is final and binding.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
9.1 KashFlash may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if:
these Terms are violated;
fraud or abuse is suspected;
required by law or third-party partners.
9.2 Where reasonably practicable, KashFlash may provide notice or explanation, unless doing so would compromise fraud prevention or legal obligations.
9.3 Upon termination, all Points may be forfeited without compensation.
10. No Guarantees
KashFlash does not guarantee:
availability of offers or rewards;
any level of earnings or redemption;
uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to KashFlash. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KashFlash shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages;
loss of Points, rewards, or expected earnings;
actions or failures of third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KashFlash from any claims arising out of:
your use of the Platform;
violation of these Terms;
unlawful conduct.
14. Changes to the Terms
KashFlash may update these Terms from time to time.
Where changes are material, KashFlash will take reasonable steps to inform users through the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
